At EADEM, we want you to feel confident in your skin and your routine; if a product doesn't meet your needs, we accept returns of gently used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a small processing fee may apply to return shipments.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

Drop Off the Package

Securely seal your items and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location listed on your return shipping label.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
